Anointed Properties is run by Ana and Gavin Wakefield, married partners based in the East of England.

Gavin ran a CQC-registered care home for twenty years. He knows social housing operationally, from specification and adaptation through to tenant welfare and regulatory compliance. He has lived the day-to-day reality of running supported provision, and he sets the standard for the property we put on the market.

Ana brings deep knowledge and relationships across the UK property network, operating in it for the last ten years. She sources, negotiates, and brings the deals together with investors and landlords across the country.

Most firms in this space are either investor-led or landlord-led. We do both. We source, we own, we lease, and we operate ourselves, which is why our work for you carries the same care we carry on our own portfolio.
